Gangtok
Arrive. Slow down. Prepare for the mountains.

- Explore MG Marg / local market
- Trip briefing and orientation
- Overnight in Gangtok
Day 2
Gangtok → Dzongu
Into Sikkim's quieter side.
- Drive via Mangan and Kabi Lungchok
- Teesta viewpoints and local stops
- Village walk and interaction with local host
- Experience Lepcha culture, food and traditions
- Overnight in Dzongu
Day 3
Dzongu → Lachen
From forested valleys to the high Himalayas.
- Morning nature walk in Dzongu
- Drive via Mangan and Chungthang
- Waterfalls and scenic stops en route
- Lachen village walk and monastery visit (if accessible)
- Overnight in Lachen
Day 4
Lachen → Gurudongmar Lake → Lachung
The highest day of the journey.
- Early departure to Thangu Valley and Gurudongmar Lake
- Experience one of the world's highest lakes (17,700 ft)
- Return to Lachen and continue to Lachung
- Overnight in Lachung
Day 5
Lachung → Yumthang → Zero Point
The Valley of Flowers & where the road ends.
- Visit Yumthang Valley and hot springs
- Explore Shingba Rhododendron Sanctuary (seasonal)
- Continue to Zero Point / Yumesamdong (4,400–4,700 m)
- Return to Lachung, village walk and local experiences
- Overnight in Lachung
Day 6
Lachung → Gangtok
The long way back.
- Scenic drive via Chungthang, waterfalls and Teesta valley
- Local lunch en route
- Arrival in Gangtok, evening free
- Optional final group dinner / reflection session
- Overnight in Gangtok

Gangtok
